Type of Contamination – vomit, solid or loose feces (all 3 are treated differently).
We need this information IMMEDIATELY after the contamination to ensure the health and safety of our residents.
Parents with young children – There is NO fine or violation so PLEASE act quickly. Accidents happen and we just need to know ASAP so we can close the pool and get it cleaned. Children aged 3-years and younger must wear appropriate swimwear diapers.
Call the HOA at 737.717.0305 so we can let the other residents know.

The Overlook Club
Located in Madrone Ridge at 6200 Bower Well Road, The Overlook Club is a shared amenity.
CLUB HOURS:
Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
After Hours 5:00PM – 10:00PM – The Overlook club may be accessed by signing out a single use after hours fob at the on-site office. No fee required!
Friday Evening – Sunday (During PEAK SEASON)
RESERVATION ONLY
The pools are open 6:00AM – 10:00PM, there are no Lifeguards on duty.
Please help to take care of your Overlook Club by keeping it picked up after you use it.
Return the games to the shelves in the kitchen.

Bookmobile Van Curbside Sweetwater Clubhouse is Open to Come on Board

We are excited to tell you that the Bookmobile – Lake Travis Community Library, is now open to come on board at Sweetwater on the below dates. Reserve your favorite books ahead of time at Lake Travis Community Library Catalog with your library card for pickup on the Bookmobile.
How COOL is that? You can reserve a book on-line and we can bring the book to you!
The Bookmobile will visit Sweetwater every other Thursday at 10am
Amenity reservations are available for the Clubhouse, the Events Lawn, and Pool Pavilion, Sports Field and the Overlook are available for rent. To make a reservation please reach out to the Communications Coordinator for assistance.

Construction Activity is limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. No construction activity is allowed on Sunday or any major holiday.
Routine yard maintenance and minor landscape projects do not constitute Construction Activity. Owner projects that require installation or construction of additional improvements to a residence (i.e. roofing repairs, gazebo or a pool) are subject to the construction activity restrictions.
