Amenity Pool Access
- Key FOBs are used to get you through the gates. (Limit 4 fobs per household.)
- You can purchase access fobs ($35.00 each) during your Homeowner’s Orientation with the onsite communication coordinator.
- We accept check or debit payment in office.

What Time are the Pools Open?
- The Clubhouse Pools, and the Overlook Pools are open between Sunrise and dusk.
- Pool closures may be necessary for maintenance, commonly during off season period. Please check TownSq or email Sweetwateroffice@goodwintx.com if you have questions.
How many Guests may I invite to the Pool?
- Each household is limited to 4 guests per day.
Residents desiring to have more than 4 guests may inquire about reserving the pool pavilion, fees & application required. Up to 25 non-resident guests, wristbands required.
Is Alcohol allowed at the Pools?
- No Alcohol is allowed at the Pools.
- No Glass is allowed at the Pools.
Where are the Pools Located?
- The Clubhouse Pool is located at 17921 Sweetwater Club Circle.
- The Overlook Pool is located in the Madrone Ridge Village, at 6200 Bower Well Drive.
Will my Child need Swim Diapers at the Pool?
- If your child is not fully potty trained a Swim Diaper, and Plastic Swim Pants must be worn at all times.
Who do I Call if the Pool becomes Contaminated?
- First have everyone get out of the pool.
- Call the Community Manager at 737-717-0305 or email SweetwaterManager@goodwintx.com.
- If you need immediate help CALL (512) 668 -9500 directly to have the pool cleaned.
- Give the location of the pool – Clubhouse, or Overlook – back or front pool. Leave a description – did someone get sick in the pool, or is it human waste.
How do I Report Damage to a Pool?
- Should you see damage to a pool promptly report it to the HOA by contacting SweetwaterManager@goodwintx.com, or call the HOA office at 737-717-0305.

- All Exterior modifications or improvements are to be approved through the Community Associations Architectural Review control process.

• The project complies with all applicable guidelines and conditions.

What is the Application Approval Process?
- Once the application is submitted it will be reviewed by the Architectural Review Board. This committee is tasked by the Board of Directors to review each submission to determine that the request is in compliance with the Association’s Architectural Guidelines.
- Considerations:
- Only one (1) Improvement will be reviewed per Application. If you are planning to complete multiple
projects simultaneously, you will need to submit and pay for them separately.
• Once submitted, your request is added to our queue and will be reviewed in the order it was received. If all
the necessary details pertaining to your project have been provided to APR, your project will be reviewed for
a Final Decision.
• The Reviewer may request additional information regarding your project. This will place your project “On
Hold”. The review timeline will not continue until the supplementary material is received.
• APR has up to thirty (30) days after receipt of both your application as well as all details required to
complete the review and provide a decision (unless an alternate timeline is described within your
community’s governing documents). All official review responses will be sent to the Homeowner via our
automated email system.
