**The Clubhouse, The Overlook Club, Pool Pavilion, Events Lawn and Soccer Field are all open and available for rent.**
Available Amenities
The Sweetwater amenities located at 17921 Sweetwater Club Circle that are available to rent are The Clubhouse, The Overlook Club, Events Lawn, Pavilion and Soccer Field. All Pool Pavilion reservations include shared access to the pool.
Available time slots and rental cost per hour are listed below. For The Clubhouse accommodations view our Clubhouse Amenity page, and for The Overlook Club accommodations view The Overlook Club Amenity page. For pool rules view our Pools Amenity page. Pools are open from 7 am to 10 pm, no lifeguards are on duty.
To create an amenity reservation
View our Amenity Reservations Calendar and select the date you would like to reserve and then follow the prompts. Note, The Overlook Club may only be booked via email, it cannot be reserved online. Pools may not be reserved at any time.

*Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the function is subject to forfeiture of the deposit fee.
Completing Your Reservation
For reservation time slots to be approved, all Amenity Rentals require:
- a signed rental contract
- $150.00 deposit (paid by check)
- fee payment (separate check)
All funds must be received prior to confirmation of reservation.
Your reservation check payment may be dropped off at the HOA Office/Clubhouse between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
