City of Austin/Travis County Orders,
December 17th, 2020.

The City of Austin and Travis County extended the “Stay Home, Mask, and Otherwise Be Safe” Orders through February 16th, 2020. These orders direct Austin-Travis County residents to continue to practice social distancing, hygiene, and face-covering behaviors. In addition to hygiene guidelines, the orders state that social gatherings up to 10 people should be avoided or minimized, and socializing in groups of 10+ individuals outside of the same household are prohibited.

Austin is in Stage 5 of COVID-19.

Please be advised that the City of Austin has moved to Stage 5.  We are not within the City of Austin, so the new stage does not change anything for Sweetwater at this time, but there are a few things to bring to your attention as we move into the holiday weekend.
With the City of Austin area moving to Stage 5, new guidelines include:

•    No gatherings with anyone outside of your household
•    Dining and shopping should be limited to essential trips
•    Avoid non-essential travel
•    Businesses are recommended to operate through contactless options (I.e. curbside, delivery)

We have included the staging chart so you can see the recommendations for each stage.   As we wish to keep everyone safe and minimize exposures as much as possible, please be advised of these recommendations and follow them for your own safety as well as the safety of others.
