Hill Country Indoor will be teaching Tabata Style and Yoga Flow
on the Events Lawn Friday, May 14th at 9:00am – 10:00am.“Join HCI’s The STUDIO instructors for a perfectly balanced cardio / strength / recovery workout! We will start with 30 minutes of heart pumping “Tabata-Style” training followed by an additional 30 minutes of Flow Yoga to slow down the mind and body. Tabata is an interval training workout that consists of approximately 20 seconds on / 10 seconds off for 8 rounds of cardio and strength, followed by recovery time. This workout will be programmed for all fitness levels!”This will be a great experience – don’t be intimidated as they will work with you.Bring your mat, water and a towel. REGISTER HERE PLEASE.
