How do I Obtain a Pool/Amenities Fob?
All new owners are required to attend the New Owner Orientation to receive an Amenities Fob and/or Gate Remote (Davenport Summit owners only).
Each home is assigned one (1) Fob at no cost, and/or two (2) Gate Remotes (Davenport Summit owners only) at no cost.
How do I Obtain a Replacement Fob?
Complete the Amenities Fob form and return to SweetwaterManager@goodwintx.com. The Community Manager will notify you when your replacement Fob and/or Gate Remote is ready for pick up.
Replacement Fobs are $10.00 each, and Gate Remotes (Davenport Summit owners only) are $25.00 each.
