New Member Orientation and FOB Assignment

All new owners are required to attend the New Owner Orientation to receive an Amenities Fob and/or Gate Remote (Davenport Summit owners only).

Mail Box Key

Please take a copy of your closing papers or lease to the Lakeway Post Office (located next to Sonic), and they will issue a mailbox key.

Architectural Review
Complete and submit an Architectural Application form for any repairs, modifications or improvements PRIOR to the commencement of any work.
