Pools are located at The Clubhouse & The Overlook Club

Sweetwater Community Pools

All pools are open 24 hours a day and accessible with a current Fob. The Clubhouse has three pools in one, including a water spray area, and The Overlook Club has two pools: a front pool, and a back pool with cabanas.

Please read the “Pool Safety Rules” below as use and swimming is at your own risk, no lifeguard is on duty.

Residents are welcome to reserve the Clubhouse, Events Lawn or Pool Pavilion (with shared access) for parties and special events. View Amenity Reservations to learn more.

The Overlook Club is a common area and may NOT be reserved.

Pool Safety Rules

All pools are open 24/7. Swim and use is at your own risk, no lifeguards are on duty.

Pools are open 24 hours, accessible with a current pool key fob.
Swim at own risk. No Lifeguards on Duty.
For all emergencies dial 9-1-1.
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Limit of 4 guests allowed per family present.
No glass allowed within pool area or Pool Pavilion.
No Alcohol allowed at the pool or pool pavilion.
No food or beverages in the pool.

No diving, jumping, running or horseplay.
No smoking in pool area or at the pool pavilion.
Appropriate swim attire required.
Swim diapers and plastic pants are required on children who are NOT potty-trained.
Changing of diapers within 6 feet of water feature is prohibited.
Use of water feature, if ill with a contagious disease, is prohibited.
