Street Parking challenges are increasing as the community grows and Sweetwater Community residents are reminded to assist with community safety by adhering to the HOA parking rules. Street parking can cause difficulty for school buses, trash/recycling collection, emergency vehicles and creates a additional safety challenges for your fellow neighbors getting into and out of their driveways.
Per the HOA CC&R Rules:
- No overnight parking on the streets, unless you have a Guest Parking Pass that can be obtained at the HOA Office.
- No parking during the day time for more than 4 hours.
- No parking in a crosswalk.
