The Overlook Club located at 6200 Bower Road (in Madrone Ridge) was created to maximize the natural Hill Country beauty for all residents to enjoy. Perched on the edge of a ridge that drops down to Bee Creek, residents can lounge and relax amidst the spectacular long views of the surrounding hills and valleys. At The Overlook Club, you can:

Play a little golf
Dip into the wading pool
Get your laps in
Lay out under the Texas sun
Relax in the shade of a cabana
Play games (kept in the kitchen area)
Watch a movie or a game
Cook out on the grill with friends

The Overlook Club is the community’s second major amenity center, and is open to all residents to enjoy at all times. No private parties or restricted access is permitted.

Using The Overlook Club

Open daily from 6:30 am – 10:30 pm with Key Fob Entry
Swim at your own risk – No Lifeguards on Duty
Lap pool is to be used for swimmers as a lap pool only
Appropriate swim attire required
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
Limit of 4 guests allowed per family present
No glass allowed within pool areas
No smoking allowed at the pool areas, or Amenities grounds
No Alcohol allowed at the pools
No food or beverages in the pool areas
No diving, jumping, running
Swim diapers and plastic pants are required on children who are NOT potty-trained
Changing of diapers is done in the bathroom only
Non-Service animals prohibited
Use of pools, if ill with a contagious disease, is prohibited
