How do I Obtain a Pool/Amenities Fob?

All new owners are required to attend the New Resident Orientation to receive an Amenities Fob and/or Gate Remote (Davenport Summit owners only).

All Key Fobs are $35.00 each, and Gate Remotes (Davenport Summit owners only) are $55.00 each.

How do I Obtain a Replacement Fob?

Complete the Amenity Fob Request Form and return to SweetwaterOffice@goodwintx.com.  The Community Relations Coordinator will notify you when your replacement Fob and/or Gate Remote is ready for pick up.
